The List

Here's the list as it stands in no particular order, I may add things as I go along:

1. Do my "Flylady" routine every morning.  More on this later.
2. Eat right.  Also more on this later.
3. Exercise.  Meaning, at least 30 minutes on the treadmill Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
4. Take meds every day without fail.
5. Have husband and kids' lunches ready the night before, and coffee maker ready to go.
6. Floss twice daily.
7. Balance checkbook daily.
8. Go to church every weekend.
9. Write at least 5,000 words of fiction a week.
10. Go to bed by 11:00 on week days.
11. Get a mammogram (scheduled!)
12. Pay all bills on the day they arrive.
13. Set up an automatic deposit for college and retirement funds.
14. Write to my grandmother and/or father in law once a week.
16. Drink 8 glasses of h20 per day.
17. Do one hour of continuing education per week.
