Day 3 started out so strong! I did my flylady, I took my meds, I flossed in the AM. I wrote some fiction, I ate good ALL DAY LONG, despite some incredibly strong temptations like finding a bag of M&Ms in my purse.
I even made Robert's lunch and coffee, and most of the kid's lunch. I had big intentions to finish the lunches, finish my fiction goal, and floss and take my night time medication when I went to bed. But I fell asleep. DRAT!
In my defense, it was an incredibly stressful day. And looking back, the things that I did do made the day more bearable. I cannot say enough about getting those lunches and coffee made the night before and having my flylady done first thing. It really reduces the chaos.
We'll do better on Day 4!
